RauDZ Regional Table is an independently owned restaurant focused on fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. Award winning, BC Restaurant Hall of Fame inductee Chef Butters is committed to working in partnership with regional farmers, ranchers and artisans.
Our food philosophy is simple; support local, buy local, eat and drink local. Along with this simple philosophy we create a visual partnership with our suppliers by recognizing & honoring where the product has been sourced by decorating the walls of the restaurant with their photographs. We are considered leaders in the use of organic, sustainable and naturally raised ingredients and concentrate on pure, simple flavours with a fun presentation.
The restaurant is casual, comfortable and centered around a 21’ harvest table where the community can gather.
