This past winter we featured gooseneck barnacles, a Spanish delicacy, in April we celebrate the oyster and in May, the BC delicacy of spot prawns fill our shelves. All shellfish, day boat caught halibut, ling cod, spring salmon and smoked oysters are always customer favourites. We carry house-smoked products, and deli items that are perfect for summer picnics on the Okanagan beach or a day on the lake. Our market also carries house made fish and lobster stocks, BC made sauces and sea salts, along with North America’s first organic caviar from Northern Divine in Sechelt, BC.
