Governor General and local Community Foundation at Culmina

At 4:03 PM on September 29, 2013, His Excellency, The Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor of Canada, and entourage were set to arrive at Culmina Family Estate Winery to honour the Community Foundation of The South Okanagan and Similkameen in their efforts and successes in building strong community programs with donated funds since 1994.  The Field Guide was there to document the event in pictures...
