The Market Cook

I want to know what I am made of. For one year, I am eating exclusively from the market, and straight from farms and the wild.  Cooking with friends and family and for friends and family to experience the truth of Terroir as it is revealed to me. Through unity with life; with that which I eat, that which I see and breathe, and with those people from farmers to friends dining with me, my heart is filling with joy and compassion in every moment on this journey!
