Oyama Summer Saturday Outdoor Meditation 9AM
We are going IN, while outside! Meditation in nature is amplified and so rewarding. Starts: May 1, 2021 to September 18, 2021 Saturdays 9-10:15 am
In this foundational meditation session, you will use visualization techniques to help you get to know your energy bodies, clear your energy fields, awaken deeper compassion and build a connection with your higher Self, where you can begin to tap into your innate wisdom and intuition.

Tarynn looks forward to sharing these Saturday mornings with you at her home on Wood Lake in Oyama BC. We will start the session off with a short 100m walk down a gravel drive, so make sure to wear stable footwear.
Bring a blanket (and/or meditation cushion) and a yoga mat. We will find our place at Tarynn's favourite meditation spot, and begin with 10 minutes of gentle stretching and breath work, followed by 30 minutes of seated meditation then we will close with 5 minutes of optional stretching or silence. Wear layers so you are comfortable moving and also stationery (you can cool off while seated and sometimes heat up!)
*Make your Saturday morning in Oyama even more beautiful and arrive from Okanagan Rail Trail. Our meditation location is directly off of the Okanagan Rail Trail just 100m north of Ribbleworth Falls (Kilometre 23). Once you are signed up we will send you an email with directions either driving or arriving from the Rail Trail.
